I came into a public agency in 2021 to do accounting nobody had done. The prior year closed at negative $58,376. Six years later, net assets are $405,144, with three straight surplus years and about $16,000 a year in new investment income. No new fees, no service cuts.
$60K launch financing
Packaged the lender financing that carved a slow-fashion brand into its own company and built its storefront.
3 businesses sold
I built the financial infrastructure at each one, and each one was acquired. Redi-Rents sold to Sunbelt Rentals, the second-largest equipment rental company in North America — documented on Sunbelt's own site. Most people in finance have never done this once.
Studios + brands built
Full builds for studios and product brands: booking and Shopify, payments, pricing, payroll, start to finish. One studio was later acquired.
